A luxury powerboat with sports car features – that’s the short-and-sweet elevator pitch for the Quintessence x Aston Martin AM37 Powerboat. And, let’s be real, who’s going to say no to that?

Combining advanced powerboat chops with the kind of creature comforts you enjoy in an Aston Martin car, it’s about as easy a sell as a boat can get. Provided you can afford it, of course. Being an Aston Martin co-brand, it’s impossible to resist a 007 reference, which, fortunately, goes perfectly well with the boat’s sleek looks – I mean, it’s not a stretch to see James Bond or one of his villains riding one of these during a high-speed water chase.

The Quintessence x Aston Martin AM37 is a 37-foot boat with a deep V hull that boasts sophisticated structural composition and 10 percent lower resistance while slicing through the water. It can be fitted with any of three engine options from Mercury: a 370-horsepower diesel, a 450-horsepower gas, or a pair of 520-horsepower gas engines for kicking things up a notch. And, yes, it looks very much like an Aston for the ocean, with clean lines, a single piece double-curved windshield, and a luxurious wooden deck.
